Use this checklist to review whether your website helps customers, partners, channels, or service providers understand, trust, and contact your company.
1. First impression

- □ The About page does not read like a generic template.
3. Audience and use cases
- □ Target customers are clear.
- □ Business use cases are described.
- □ The website explains what type of client is a good fit.
- □ Service boundaries are stated where appropriate.
4. Trust signals
- □ Case examples, client types, or project references are included where appropriate.
- □ Credentials, experience, partner references, or media mentions are visible if available.
- □ Claims are specific and verifiable.
- □ Testimonials or quotes are used carefully and truthfully.
- □ There are no exaggerated guarantees.
5. Service pages
- □ Each service page has a clear H1.
- □ Each service page explains who it is for.
- □ Each service page explains what problem it solves.
- □ Each service page explains deliverables or expected outputs.
- □ Each service page has a clear next step.
6. Contact path
- □ Contact page is easy to find.
- □ Email or inquiry method is visible.
- □ The website explains what information to provide.
- □ The call to action is specific, not only “Contact us.”
- □ The visitor knows what may happen after contacting the company.
